* Total time = time to receive Doctor's Order + receipt of Authorization of Billing (AOB) + time to fill order + delivery time
**A Refill is using the same Doctor's Order from your previous order. A Renewal is DiabeticSupplies.com needing to obtain
a new Doctor's Order from your physician periodically (every 6 months to 12 months). We encourage you to allow
at least two weeks before the next order of diabetic supplies is needed to allow for order processing (renewed Doctor's Order
from your physician + delivery time). This will allow DiabeticSupplies.com time to obtain a new Doctor's Order on your
behalf, as needed.
Any order that includes pump supplies should add an additional 5 business days to receive your order, due to these items
being special ordered.
These numbers are estimates based on the typical time it takes to process an order if DiabeticSupplies.com will bill Medicare and/or your private insurance plan(s) on your behalf.
Note: Any Medicare and/or insurance order includes free shipping if the order includes a 90-day supply (Medicare and/or private insurance) or 30-day supply (Medicaid) based on a Doctor's Order, which we will obtain on your behalf. We will always contact you for your approval if the order you place differs from what your doctor orders. A $5.95 shipping charge will only apply if we have notified you of your eligibility for any item(s) covered based on a Doctor's Order and Medicare and/or insurance eligibility and you do not order the prescribed item(s), but you then order the same item(s) before your typical re-order cycle (90 days for Medicare and/or private insurance or 30 days for Medicaid). The only exception to this policy is if your doctor prescribes a greater frequency of glucose testing before your next re-order cycle and consequently we need to send you need additional supplies sooner. We offer the benefit of free home delivery but in order to maintain our level of service, we must ensure that customers don't expect free home delivery in-between typical order cycles.

of health plans is extensive, and we are constantly adding more plans.
Please provide us with all insurance plan information. If for some reason we are unable to verify your coverage or unable
to bill your insurance, we will contact you by e-mail or phone. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is
shipped and only if you have a deductible or co-insurance due after we have verified your insurance. If for some reason,
your estimated total is more than what shows on you online receipt, we will call you first to explain your insurance coverage
and ask you how would like to proceed.
If your insurance company does not cover your diabetic supplies, or if we do not participate in your plan at this time, you
always have the option of paying the full price of your diabetic supplies. Many insurance companies allow you to purchase
at retail and submit the receipt for reimbursement.
